Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of service. LTC Ricardo J. Mitchell graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and from Troy State University with a Masters of Science degree in Foundations of Education. A distinguished military graduate, he received an Army commission into the Infrantry with an initial assignment at Fort Carson, CO, with the 4th Infantry Division (M). There he served as a Rifle Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and assistant S-3, in the 1st and 2nd Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment. Last assignment was the Professor of Military Science at Kent State University. LTC Mitchell's decorations include the Meritourious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Expert Infantry Badge, Parachutists Badge, Pathfinder Badge, Air Assault Badge, and the Ranger Tab.
Currently the Colorgaurd and Drill Team coach/advisor.

Retired Army Sergeant First Class with 20 years of active duty. Currently enrolled at Hodges University to complete a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Graduated the Army’s Infantry School, Ranger School, Battle Staff, and the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. Has taught Corporate Team Building Skills to numerous high level Companies, i.e. Dell and Pepsi-Co. Serves with the Naples Police Department. Currently the Rifle Team and Raider coach/advisor.
