Dear Golden Eagle Battalion, welcome back to school. This year will be fun, but only if you make it that way. It helps to listen to your commanders. There are a lot of events in JROTC, especially in the clubs. So join them. I’ll see you in Raiders and Drill Team if you join, and if you make it. So have fun for now and enjoy high school because it goes by fast.

Hey there! This is your S-5 Sarah Carmichael. You’ll probably be seeing me and my assistant Maria running around taking pictures of you guys at events, so I hope you guys aren’t camera shy! From what I can see, this is going to be a fun year in JROTC. Welcome LET 1’s!!! I really hope you guys enjoy the class-don’t be afraid to ask me for help. I’m the one that dresses in obnoxious colors and outfits, so I shouldn’t be too hard to find. I promise I’m super friendly, so don’t be shy! As for you upperclassmen, set a good example for our LET 1’s and keep up the good work-I have high expectations for you guys. Volunteer at events, join some clubs, and wear your uniform! This is gonna be a great year!

Welcome Let 1’s and welcome back upperclassmen. I hope you all had an amazing summer. But now, it’s back to work, especially for your staff and company commanders. Congrats on everyone who passed promotion board. If you didn’t, then you better study up for the next one. Upperclassmen: Don’t forget that you guys have to be the example to the Let 1’s and help them if they need it. Let 1’s: Study up for inspection and start getting some rank. Show us your initiative and impress us. Most clubs are gonna be starting soon. If you’re interested in any of them, keep your eye out for start dates. We always love new additions. One last thing, school supply drive is happenin’ so donate and help students less fortunate than you. Let’s make it a great year!
